All data is stored in Sweden on servers that meet the EU's requirements. We follow GDPR, DORA, and NIS2.

Data stored by Vroff is encrypted using AES-256-GCM, an established standard for strong encryption. Encryption is applied at multiple levels: each office has its own unique encryption, files are encrypted individually, and personal account information is encrypted separately for each account holder. User IDs are stored as hashes.

All data transmitted between the user’s device and Vroff is protected with TLS encryption. This includes, for example, chats, files, and video meetings, and protects the information against eavesdropping and tampering during transmission.

Vroff manages the service’s encryption keys, but the system is designed so that Vroff employees cannot read chats or files through standard operational or administrative access.

We have three plans: Free (0 SEK), Pro (10 SEK/month), and Max (20 SEK/month per person). The Free plan is free forever.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
